At Olivique Luxe, we want you to absolutely love every piece you order! If something doesn’t work out, no worries—we’re here to make the return process smooth and hassle-free.

How to Return an Item
We gladly accept returns on unworn, unused items with original tags and packaging. Follow these easy steps to start your return:

✔️ Request a return within 7 days of receiving your order (based on tracking delivery status).
✔️ Ship your item back within 7 days after your return is approved.
✔️ If your order arrived in multiple packages, the return window starts from the final delivery date.

Important Details to Keep in Mind
📌 Non-returnable items: Intimates/lingerie, jewelry, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
📌 Items that don’t meet return requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may not be accepted.
📌 Shipping fees are non-refundable.
📌 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.
📌 Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. We’ll send you an email as soon as your refund is completed!
